Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Within Kerala: 2–5 business days
Rest of India: 4–8 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details to monitor your shipment.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
Please provide accurate delivery details during checkout.
Weshopie.com is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to wrong address, reshipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
