You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
Proof of purchase (order invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:
Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
Products with broken seals, missing accessories, or original packaging.
Custom-made or specially ordered products.
Items that are not defective but returned due to change of mind after usage.

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
